29/06/2026 1:30 PM: Upstream Carrier network engineers have raised this to the third party backhaul provider for investigation.
29/06/2026 4:11 PM: The third party backhaul provider continues to investigate this on their end.
29/06/2026 5:15 PM: Upstream Carrier third-party carrier has confirmed services are down due to an outage in their transmission network. Upstream Carrier has escalated the matter to expedite the resolution. Upstream Carrier will provide you with an update as soon as we receive further information from the third-party carrier.
29/06/2026 7:32 PM: The third party backhaul provider has engaged their field team to attend the fault. A technician ETA is not yet available.
29/6/2026 7:29 PM - Upstream Carrier third-party provider has engaged their field team to attend the fault. A technician ETA is not yet available. In the meantime, Upstream Carrier has started migrating some services to a working CVC to minimise the impact. There is currently no ETR. The next update will be provided as more information becomes available.
29/6/2026 10:50 PM - The third-party provider has confirmed their field technician is onsite and working alongside their network engineering team. An estimated time of resolution is not yet available. Further updates will be provided within the next 3 hours.
30/6/2026 12:05 AM - The third-party carrier field technicians have identified a fibre break on their fibre path near the data centre. Their repair team is being mobilised. No ETA available at this time. Further updates to be provided within the next 3 hours.
30/06/2026 9:02 AM: The third party provider have engaged their fibre repair team. They have provided a ETA of 2 hours to site to begin repairs.
30/06/2026 12:23 PM: The third-party provider advised that the fibre fault is now fixed restoring all services.
