- 17/04/2026 21:40 AEST - The issue could not be restored remotely, and technicians have now been assigned to attend the relevant site to continue troubleshooting.
- 18/04/2026 02:45 AEST - nbn is still awaiting technicians to attend the site, and there have been no new updates on the outage since our last communication.
- 18/04/2026 08:45 AEST - A replacement part is required and has been ordered. The technicians are expected to arrive by approximately 12:00 AEST on 18/04/2026.
- 18/04/2026 14:45 AEST - Technicians are now on-site and are working to restore the affected NBN services as a priority.
- 18/04/2026 19:55 AEST - A replacement part is required and has been ordered. Works have been paused overnight, and the technicians are expected back on-site by 08:00 AEST on 19/04/2026.
- 19/04/2026 01:20 AEST - There is no material change since the previous update.
- 19/04/2026 17:45 AEST - Technicians have been on-site working to restore the affected nbn services as quickly as possible. Our T3 teams are actively investigating to determine the cause. An estimated time for restoration will be shared once initial diagnostics are complete. - 03/04/2026 03:49 AEDT - Upstream Carrier field technicians have verified that the fibre break resulted from vandalism, with the fault isolated to a damaged joint. Fibre crews are en route and are scheduled to arrive on site to begin cable preparation at approximately 03:15 AEDT on 03/04/2026.
- 03/04/2026 04:49 AEDT - The fibre technicians have arrived at the fault location and have commenced fibre splicing. There is no ETR available at this time. The next update will be provided at 08:15 AEDT on 03/04/2026.
