Technical Support Services
This service provides the flexibility to pay as you go for remote support and telephone support. Each support request will be charged at the normal remote support rate. Our Remote Support software supports all major operating systems and versions.
You will have access to our Client Portal which will track your support work orders, communication history with each request and all invoices issued.
This service provides a fixed-price support agreement based on the total number of users, endpoints, servers and network devices that you wish to have managed by Raines Internet Solutions dedicated support services. All support agreements will require a business-wide audit to assess the total support coverage required.
This service provides proactive automated system monitoring & alerting for compatible devices covered in the agreement, telephone support and remote support during standard business hours for the endpoint(s), user(s), server(s) or network device(s) included in this agreement.
