• 23/07/2026 23:25 AEST - Upstream Carrier has identified a fault on the network affecting Internet Transmission services around the area of Adelaide, South Australia. Our Transmission team have been engaged to investigate and identify the cause of the disruption.
• 24/07/2026 00:27 AEST - Upstream Carrier has engaged a field technician to investigate a suspected fibre fault on the network.
• 24/07/2026 04:00 AEST - A technician has investigated the issue and identified a damaged fibre cable. Fiber contractors have been engaged by the field for further investigation.
• 24/07/2026 07:00 AEST - Upstream Carrier Field and Fibre team have identified additional fibre cables damaged. The field team is currently excavating the affected cable, and we are awaiting the arrival of contractors on site to continue fault investigation activities.
