    • 03/04/2026 00:15 AEDT - Please be advised that a service disruption is currently impacting Internet and Transmission services between Adelaide and Perth. Our T3 teams are actively investigating to determine the cause. An estimated time for restoration will be shared once initial diagnostics are complete. Further updates will be provided as they become available.
    • 03/04/2026 03:49 AEDT - Upstream Carrier field technicians have verified that the fibre break resulted from vandalism, with the fault isolated to a damaged joint. Fibre crews are en route and are scheduled to arrive on site to begin cable preparation at approximately 03:15 AEDT on 03/04/2026.
    • 03/04/2026 04:49 AEDT - The fibre technicians have arrived at the fault location and have commenced fibre splicing. There is no ETR available at this time. The next update will be provided at 08:15 AEDT on 03/04/2026.
