Raines Internet Solutions Service Rates Schedule

Raines Internet Solutions has a standard schedule of service rates that cover many different services, training, and technical support programs to your organisation.
 
The following information will provide you with current pricing and rates for the various services and support programs available. Please check back regularly as rates could vary from time to time or new services might become available.
 
Clients who have an active support agreement or managed services agreement with Raines Internet Solutions should review the rates and fees outlined on the documents provided at the start of the agreement. For a updated copy of your agreements please login to the client portal via using the menu above. The prices outlined on this page might vary from what was agreed upon initially when your support services agreement began.
 
All Prices exclude GST and are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
 
Service Type
Price and Incremental Unit
On-Site Support Services (Basic)
$125.00 per Hour for each technician assigned.
Off-Site Support Services (Basic)
$125.00 per Hour for each technician assigned.
Remote Support & Assistance (using our Remote Support Tools)
$3.00 per Minute. Minimum time charged is 15 minutes.1
Basic Telephone Support (Business Hours)
Free for all Basic Support Calls. Some Charges may apply.3
Content & Data Services including Website Maintenance\Updates
$3.00 per Minute. Minimum time charged is 15 minutes.2
Software Development Services
Approved quotation based on defined scope of works.
Training Services
$195.00 per Hour for each coach provided.
Consulting, Planning and Project Management Services
$195.00 per Hour for each consultant provided.
Travel Fees & Transport Services
Varies per Location, most Melbourne CBD areas are free.

  

  1. Remote Support & Assistance is charged at the rate defined above unless otherwise stated in a Signed Service Agreement provided by Raines Internet Solutions. The minimum billable time unit is 15 minutes. Work completed in less than 15 minutes will be charged at a 15-minute capped rate of AUD $49.50 inc. GST.
  2. Content Development and Managed Content Services are charged at the rate defined above unless otherwise stated in a Signed Service Agreement provided by Raines Internet Solutions. The minimum billable time is 15 minutes. Work completed in less than 15 minutes will be charged at a 15 minute capped rate of AUD $49.50 inc. GST.
  3. Out of Hours Telephone Support will be billable under the same pricing schedule as Remote Support. Unless otherwise stated in a Service Agreement or Contract provided by Raines Internet Solutions.
  4. Unless stated otherwise in a Signed Service Agreement all other rates are charged at a minimum of 1 unit of time for the given service type.
