📌 Important Information
- All Pricing listed above is effective from 01/07/2024.
- Prices provided are subject to change upon an NBN CPI price increase/review from the 1st of July each calendar year.
- AVC means Access Virtual Circut, which refers to your NBN connection to the closest Point of Interconnect (POI).
- All amounts are in AUD and all pricing excludes GST.
- All recurring charges are billed 1 month in advance including any pro-rata charges for AVC and eSLA’s.
- Billing will commence on the day of service activation or delivery and pro-rata in-line with billing cycle.
- Cancellation of a service can take up to 3 business days.
- Raines Internet Solutions reserves all rights to review and update the rate schedule at its sole discretion. We will provide reasonable notice to all customers for any updates to the rates schedule.
- NBN Co may impose other charges on Raines Internet Solutions not listed above pursuant to the NBN Co Wholesale Broadband Agreement. Where Raines Internet Solutions incurs those charges as a result of the services provided to you, we will pass through those charges and bill them to you.
- All prices above excludes Labour Rate and Materials over and above NBN Initial Standard Installation. Applies to new Copper Pair (FTTB, FTTN and FTTC) as well as subsequent installations for HFC, Fibre and Wireless.
- Single IPv4 Static IP Address availability is subject to current resource pool availability at the time of order.
