Student Use Benefit Entitlements by Qualifying Subscription
The following table lists the Student Use Benefits for specific products licensed through the Microsoft CSP licensing program.
For each qualifying product in the first column, the corresponding Student Use Benefit product is listed along with the ratio of licenses available for Students per paid Faculty / Staff license. For example, if you purchased 40 Microsoft 365 Education A3 licenses you are eligible to receive 1600 Student licenses for free.
The Student Use Benefits vary depending on the type of faculty license that is purchased. Some licenses provide a 1:15 ratio of student licenses, while others provide a 1:40 ratio. The table below summarises the Student Use Benefit entitlements and ratio for each faculty license as a guide when making your purchasing decision.
