Use the form link below to submit and authorise a Telephone Number Porting Request to Raines Internet Solutions. All new and existing customers are required to complete this form each time an existing Australian or New Zealand landline phone number needs to be transferred/ported into our hosted voice platform. This also includes customers wanting to use existing phone numbers with our Microsoft Teams Calling solution.
When porting a number or range of phone numbers into Raines Internet Solutions hosted voice platform, we consider the porting request in one of two categories. The port request is either considered a simple request or complex request. Generally stand-alone PSTN services or existing VoIP virtual lines are considered as simple number porting requests. ISDN services or 100 number ranges are considered complex porting requests and will attract higher porting fees.
Summary of Porting Fees:
- Simple number porting - $50 ex GST. per request (this can include multiple numbers in the same port request).
- Complex number porting - $200 ex GST per request (this can include multiple numbers or ranges in the same port request).
- 1300/1800 number porting - $80 ex. GST per request
