Calling Rates for Calls Outside Plans or Bundles
The following rate card can be referenced to determine calling rates that will be billed as additional calls on the customers monthly account if the voice plan does not include an allocation for the given call type and billing direction. All calls are rated at a per minute unit unless specified. The call rate will be billed for the total time a voice session was connected plus any initial flag fall fee.
