Other information

Typical speed (download / upload) 25 Mbps / 10 Mbps.
Typical speed is an estimate based on best effort in optimal conditions. Actual speeds may vary depending on network conditions, your nbn™ technology type, in-premises wiring, and your modem/router and in-home setup, which can limit the speed you receive.
Typical busy-period speed (7–11pm) 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
As a small RSP, Raines Internet Solutions does not oversubscribe its upstream carrier capacity, so services are not slowed during the busy evening period. nbn™ technology type and in-premises factors may still affect the speed your service can achieve.
Speed on FTTN / FTTB / FTTC connections On copper-based connections the maximum attainable line speed may be lower than this plan’s speed. After connection we confirm the speed your line can achieve and, if it cannot reach this plan’s speed, we will offer to move you to a lower-priced plan that matches your attainable speed or to exit without penalty.
Data allowance Unlimited — no excess data or usage charges apply.
Optional add-ons Static IPv4 address $4.00/mo ex GST • nbn™ service monitoring $15.00 setup + $10.00/mo ex GST • Enhanced Fault Rectification Service (EFRS) for business from $30.00/mo ex GST (default $0 / standard rectification applies to all plans).
