Download and install or reinstall Office 365 or Office 2016 on a PC


Make sure your subscription includes the Office suite before attempting to follow these steps. Contact us if your unsure what your subscription includes.

Before you begin, make sure your computer meets the system requirements.

  2. Sign in with the account you use with Office. This can be your Microsoft account, or a work or school account. Can't remember your account?

  3. Select Install Office.

    Tip: This installs the 32-bit version of Office on a PC, (64-bit on a Mac). To install the 64-bit version on a PC, select the PC step-by-step tab above.

    While Office installs, learn about What's new in Office 365, or Office 2016 for non-subscribers.
